Is there a minimum volume?
No. Each quote stands on that cargo. A contract is optional and only for senders who want one.
Senders
Small and occasional senders
You do not need a contract lane to book a shipment.
A small sender might send a few pallets a month, a sample by air, or one less-than-container shipment. You still get a written quote, a tracking number, and a person at operations. Track that number on this website. There is no customer login and no minimum volume.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.
What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
When to use air
Samples, replacement parts, and anything with a date that ocean cannot meet. Send piece dimensions. Aircraft space is sold on weight and on volume, so a light bulky carton can be charged on chargeable weight, which is higher than the scale. Door pickup is included only when the quote says so. Otherwise the cargo is dropped at the warehouse and deadline on the booking.
When LTL or LCL is enough
Domestic pallets that can travel in a shared trailer should be packed for a dock. Add a liftgate, a residence, or a limited-access site only if the address needs it. Those are priced before dispatch. Ocean freight that does not fill a box is less-than-container: it is rated on weight or measure, whichever is higher, and it waits for a consolidation, so it is slower than a full container on the same sailing.
Your first international booking
We may ask for the company name, the pickup address, and who will be the receiver before the first crossing, so the commercial invoice, the packing list, and the bill of lading name the same parties. That is not a credit decision and it is not a bank application. Household goods move only as a commercial booking with a packing list and a receiver who will receive them.
