Pinnacle Cargo Limited does not publish an App Store or Play Store application. A store listing that uses this name and asks you to install a file, pay a fee, or enter a card is not from us. Open the tracking page in the phone browser.
The booking confirmation names the cutoff, the equipment, and the charges. Transit times and sample rates on this site are explanations, not that confirmation. Operations records a milestone only after the cargo or the document has actually moved.

What to send for a written rate
- City or port of origin, and city or port of destination
- Mode: ocean, air, or truck, if you already know it
- Pieces, weight, and dimensions
- What the goods are, in plain language
- The date the freight is ready
- Hazardous, oversized, or temperature-controlled, if any of those apply
A quote is not a booking. The booking starts when you accept the rate, the cutoff, and the document list in writing.
Track without an account
Open the tracking page, paste the tracking number, bill of lading, air waybill, or container number, and read the latest milestone. You can bookmark that page. Spaces and letter case do not matter. If the number is not in the consignment book, the page says it was not found.
Documents
When operations attached a document that can be shared, the tracking page lists it next to the milestones. There is no separate sign-in to open that list.
The cargo desk chat
The chat on this website can look up a tracking number and connect you with a person on the desk. It is not a separate product and it does not replace the milestone list. Have the number ready. The desk will not ask for a password or a payment code in that chat.
