• Services means ocean, air, and ground freight, warehousing support, tracking, and the pages on this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using World Cargo Hub’s website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Who can request a booking

To request a quote or a booking you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate, complete, and current contact information.
• Complete identity verification when we ask for it before a booking is attached.
• Comply with applicable law and with our policies on cargo we will not accept.

We may refuse a booking where the law or our policy requires it, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the company, senders, or the integrity of our systems. This website does not offer a customer login.

3. Security and Your Responsibilities

Tracking numbers are enough to open a public tracking page. You agree to:

• Keep booking emails and tracking numbers with the people who should see that shipment.
• Notify us if you suspect a fake message that asks for a password or a surprise payment.
• Keep your contact details current on the booking.
• Not send us a password, PIN, or payment code. We will not ask for one.

We may refuse or stop a booking if we detect or suspect fraud, a false cargo declaration, or other activity that violates these terms or the law. We are not liable for any loss that results from such action when taken in good faith.

4. Freight and charges

World Cargo Hub moves ocean, air, and ground freight and supports warehousing and customs documents. A firm rate is the written quote we send for that cargo. This website is not a tariff. Charges, free time, and the terms of carriage are stated on the booking confirmation.

5. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive booking and legal communications electronically, including quotes, tracking notes, and invoices. Electronic delivery has the same legal effect as paper. You must maintain a valid email address and ensure you can receive and read our messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting messages about a shipment.

6. Privacy and Data

How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to that processing. We use industry-standard security (including encryption and access controls) and comply with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Cargo Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our services, unauthorized access, system failure, or events beyond our reasonable control. Liability for the freight itself is set out on the bill of lading or air waybill for that shipment and by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. A dispute about a shipment follows the bill of lading or air waybill for that shipment. A dispute about this website follows these terms.
